HIPS Natural Material High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) is a tough, durable plastic used in applications where impact resistance is important. “Natural” usually refers to its uncolored or base form. Use of HIPS Natural in Camlock PUF Panels: Inner/Outer Layer Cladding: HIPS sheets are often used as the facing material on one or both sides of the PUF (Polyurethane Foam) core. Hygienic Surfaces: Especially in food storage or clean room panels, HIPS provides a smooth, non-porous, and easy-to-clean surface. Impact Resistance: It offers good resistance to physical damage, making the panels durable in harsh environments. Thermal Compatibility: Works well with PUF in terms of thermal expansion and bonding.
