Camlock is used to join two PUF panels together – one side male, another side female. It creates a tight, insulated seal for walls and roofs in cold storage, factories, and food processing plants.

Yes. I.A. Bhai Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is an established exporter of plastic components to multiple international markets. We supply directly to reputed global companies such as Al Mulla Industries (Kuwait) and Walton (Bangladesh), along with several other industrial buyers across the UK, USA, Serbia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Qatar, UAE, Switzerland, and more. We comply with international quality, packaging, and documentation requirements to support our global customers.

For a new custom part, the typical timeline is: Design review: 3–7 days Tool development: 3–6 weeks (varies by complexity) Sample approval: 1–2 weeks Mass production: Begins after sample approval Total development time: Approximately 5 to 9 weeks, depending on product complexity and customer approvals.

Our MOQ depends on the product type, tooling cost, and material used. For standard components, MOQs are typically 2000 pcs. For custom-moulded parts, MOQ is decided based on tooling investment and production efficiency.

We manufacture injection-moulded plastic components for industries such as deep freezers, water coolers, air conditioners, refrigerators, and other industrial applications along with sheet metal products. We also develop custom plastic parts based on customer drawings, samples, or technical specifications.

For maximum strength and durability in heavy-duty applications, metal camlocks (typically made from galvanized steel) are the strongest choice. For standard, corrosion-resistant, and cost-effective needs, our engineered plastic camlocks are an excellent, robust solution.

We provide a wide range to suit every need. Broadly, we supply camlocks in two material types—metal and high-strength plastic—and offer almost 8 different designs and profiles to match specific customer requirements and panel specifications.

The choice depends on your project’s need for speed, budget, and thermal efficiency. For cold storage and large industrial sheds, Camlock is often preferred. For warehouses and partitions, Tongue and Groove is excellent. Contact us, and our experts will recommend the perfect panel system for your building.

Yes, absolutely. PUF panels are also joined using the Tongue and Groove (T&G) system, where one panel’s protruding edge (tongue) fits snugly into the adjacent panel’s slot (groove). It is a reliable and effective alternative.

Camlock makes installation faster and gives a stronger, more insulated joint than ordinary bolts or screws. It saves time and improves building performance.
